Terms of Service

Scrshot is a web service that generates professional App Store screenshot assets using AI. You upload your app screenshots, choose a template style, and we generate polished assets ready for the App Store.

• You need a Google account to sign in.
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

• 1 credit = 1 AI-generated variant.
• New accounts get 5 free credits to start.
• Credits never expire. Use them whenever you want.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future credit purchases.

• You own your screenshots. Uploading doesn't transfer ownership.
• You own the generated images. Use them however you like.
• You grant us permission to process your images through our AI systems.
• We may store your images to provide the service (History feature, re-downloads).

Don't use Scrshot to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create misleading screenshots that misrepresent your app
• Upload content you don't have rights to use
• Abuse the service or attempt to circumvent credit limits
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Our AI providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI) are powerful but not perfect. Generated images may occasionally:

• Have visual artifacts or imperfections
• Not exactly match your expectations
• Require multiple attempts to get the desired result

This is why we let you generate multiple variants. If a generation doesn't work out, that's part of the AI process—credits aren't refunded for imperfect results.

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party providers (Google AI, OpenAI, Vercel, etc.) that may experience outages. We'll do our best to communicate any significant disruptions.

Scrshot is provided “as is.” We're not liable for:

• Lost revenue or business opportunities
• App Store rejections related to your screenshots
• AI-generated images that don't meet your needs
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

• You can delete your account anytime by emailing us.
• We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Unused credits aren't refunded upon termination.
• Your generated images remain accessible for 30 days after account deletion.

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll email you before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
